Introduction
There are three things which matters most to any organization; People, Process and Technology or in short P.P.T!. People are the life-line and the most valuable asset to any organization. An organization can thrive and become prosperous with smart people or can fail and languish with outdated people. Process are like spider webs in any organization, they get created from the time an organization is born and continues to get cluttered over the period of time. Technology is the foundational platform on which an IT organization serves its customers. A world class IT team is one which can keep P.P.T in check and balance.
There’s lot happening in the industry today and in order to be the best IT organization in the world, one needs to be best in managing its people, process and technology. However, like a sports team which needs to constantly evolve itself to stay on top of the league, for an IT organization to stay on top it’s important to change and devolve continuously
