Introduction

 

This  TRAINING will provide you with the key knowledge and skills to gain greater strategic value from engaging Training providers, as well as managing and leading your own organisational learning department.  This will be achieved through the ISO: 29993:2017, as well as mastering the principles ROI (Return Of Investment) in training and development.

ISO 29993:2017 is used as an international standard to manage and assess training in an organisation. It provides a quality process to certify the Training / Learning department as meeting international quality assurances standards in the service provided.  The focus of this highly interactive workshop will be the alignment of organisation learning in relation to ISO 29993:2017, in order to ensure the highest quality development procedures are applied.  You will also learn the key factors involved in achieving ROI for your critical people development interventions.  This is an essential workshop for those who are responsible for ensuring the correct engagement and quality assurance of learning in the organisation, as well as utilising mechanism to maximize ROI.
