Introduction

Strategic Maintenance Leadership (SML) is a progressive program designed for the modern entry-level supervisor or manager and the experienced manager who wants to enhance his or her capabilities in contemporary maintenance and leadership. Participants learn how to develop the right strategies and tactics for improvement, and how to marshal the right resources to make it happen. The main objective of this course is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of supervisors and managers of maintenance and reliability in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
