Numerous studies and expert opinions have stressed the positive impact of empowerment on an organization’s quality of work, employee satisfaction, collaboration, productivity, and costs. However, empowerment cannot happen without an active and committed role from management.

In this IACT course, we cover the rising importance of empowerment in the workplace and the tools available for management to integrate it into the working environment of an organization.
