Introduction

Strategic recruitment is focused purely on key job positions in the organization. It is focused on the hiring of the job positions needed for the accelerated growth of the business. Strategic recruitment can be a separate process from the usual recruitment process for mass job positions.

This course is designed, and constantly updated, to explore these topics. It is designed from an operational and cultural perspective and is expected to enable participants to build a holistic approach towards their activities and introduce system changes.

Through this Five-day course managers will develop their understanding of recruitment and induction in order to retain staff and make their teams more effective.
