Introduction

You’ve most likely had a number of years experience in the role or have been on foundation level management courses and now you want to take your game to the next level.

This course will really focus in on your communication skills as a leader to get the best out of yourself as well as your team. Managers who have attended our Essential Management Skills Course Managers who have attended foundation level management courses in the past and want to take their skills to the next level

Objectives

Course Methodology

The course uses self-assessments and a wide mix of business cases that promote healthy discussions around the importance of managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities. Participants will benefit from role plays covering workplace challenges related to handling tasks, deadlines and priorities. They will learn how to deal with conflicts that may arise as a result. Interactive team exercises are also used with each team presenting their findings and comments.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Ü Learn to draw “Current State Map”.
