Introduction

     Organisations with women leaders and those with a high ration of female to males in the C-suite are proven to be more successful and considered to be better places to work.  Based on research and best practices, this IACT 5-day intensive women’s leadership training course will help delegates identify the culture in their own workplace and difficulties this may present and increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of what it takes to be successful as a women leader. Course Methodology

The course uses self-assessments and a wide mix of business cases that promote healthy discussions around the importance of managing multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities. Participants will benefit from role plays covering workplace challenges related to handling tasks, deadlines and priorities. They will learn how to deal with conflicts that may arise as a result. Interactive team exercises are also used with each team presenting their findings and comments.  

Each module covers different aspects of using Game-Based Learning and Gamification in education. Coursework will incorporate

your existing knowledge and experience and provide helpful learning environment with a good mix of theoretical and practical knowledge. On all outlines will apply Skills for Game-Based Learning and Gamification and practiced in hands-on, collaborative way within an international group setting.

 Identifying & Developing Your Leadership Style

Þ SWOT analysis of own abilities

Þ A comprehensive assessment and feedback

Þ Personal motivations, values, and strengths

Þ How others perceive women leaders in the workplace

Þ Effective strategies to improve  performance and other’s perceptions

Þ How to gain a deeper understanding self and interaction with others

DAY 4 :

Developing Strategy

Þ Recognizing the importance of networking and how to set up a network

Þ Coaching and Mentoring – how can they help?

Þ What are the strengths and opportunities that can be leveraged?

Þ What are the obstacles and threats that have to be mitigated?

Þ Getting the people strategy right

Þ Critical thinking and analytics

DAY 5:

New Strategies and Driving Change

Þ Evaluating formal and informal networks to identify network strength and supporting individuals

Þ Envisioning new strategies for driving change in the organisation

Þ Visioning skills required to identify opportunities and alert others to new possibilities

Þ Assessing taking risks

Þ Adopting a new framework for thinking about risk, uncertainty, and failure
