Introduction

The focus of the programme is on understanding how successful supply chains work and how to drive increasing value end to end. Participants engage in a range of activities to develop a whole of business view and understand how to align supply chain and organisational strategies.

Supply chain peers from a range of organisations share challenges, strengths and opportunities. They learn the value and practices of collaboration across supply chains to deliver increased value to customers and their organisations.
