Introduction
Document Control and Records Management course is designed to deal mainly with important information related to document creation, maintenance, and control of documents, papers and main records that support the various activities of the organization.
This course aims to familiarize participants with the skills of establishing scientific foundations and planning in advance of the process of handling these documents and the appropriate mandates related to them, according to a well-studied hierarchy. The course also aims to introduce participants to how to identify the risks associated with them historically, financially, and administratively. The course also provides guidance to the participants, observers and auditors, on how to preserve these documents and records from fraud and misuse.
